About the Role
Every Captain is paired with a dedicated Server Assistant, working together to deliver polished, attentive service from start to finish. As a Server Assistant, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience while learning the foundations of fine dining hospitality from some of the industry's best professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Clearing and resetting tables
Bread, coffee, and water service
Running beverages
Polishing glassware and silverware
Supporting your Captain and section throughout service
Anticipating guest and team needs to ensure seamless hospitality
Typical Schedule
Openers: 4:00 PM weekdays | 3:15 PM weekends
Closers: 4:30 PM weekdays | 4:00 PM weekends
Most shifts range from 4–6 hours
What We're Looking For
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, team-driven environment
Restaurant experience is welcomed, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
Part-time team members must be available to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including weekend evenings.
